international +cornell/berkeley

hello everyone,
I want to consult you in a problem that has been bothering me for weeks. i'm a lebanese student (middle east).i plan to major in engineering or applied math (no preference).i will apply at cornell ED (applied math),berkeley(math or engineering) and rensselaer polytechnic institute(engineering).i scored 1360 in the sat 1(700:math, 660: reading). I would easily ace the french subject test(it's my language of instruction) and would score above 700 in the math 1 test.
I play the piano.
I volunteer at a children cancer care center.
I teach students to cover my expenses
I practice a variety of sports(not to be considered as a college level athlete)
soccer,basketball and handball.
I was the youngest chess player ever to feature in the lebanese open championship( my family stopped playing due to the political that took my country by storm). i still play at home though. I take online certified courses at mit, stanford and harvard. I don't have many community related activities because I live in a rural religiously mixed town(mixed=dangerous).
can you help me? thank you!

Cornell is a reach ( all ivies are basically reaches nothing against you)
Berkeley is still a reach as well as it has one of the top engineering programs in the nation ( try for a 750 on math)
RPI is a match

how about applied math at berkeley,do you think I have a chance?

I forgot to mention my gpa: 3.8 top 10% and that I hold a french degree :delf b2 certified by the french government that allows to teach any school level french language.i don’t know if it matter but I thought I should mention it
