International Decision Question?? Rejected?

<p>It says on the website, "If you apply between November 10 and January 2, or have not received a decision by December 14 and applied during the Priority Filing Period, you will be notified of a decision by March 1" </p>

<p>does this mean if I applied regular to engineering, the online decision will be on March 1st?</p>

<p>on my friend's decision, it says "deny-incomplete-major closed" ? does this mean he was rejected? ?</p>

<p>On-site notification is today and yours just may not be entered yet. Your friend has an issue because deny incomplete usually means a rejection because something required for admission was not received (transcript, test scores, essay?) and major closed means that major is now closed (because all other decisions have been made)</p>
