international decisions

lets keep the international decisions here

Anyone knows if they are sending out decisions via Email?

Decisions are sent but I live on the other side of the world so I have no idea when I'm going to get the letter...anyone who has received an email ?

i dun think we get an email...oh god.....Georgetown and NYU are the only colleges in the US i really care abt........keeps fingers crossed good luck everyone!

I applied to both of them.
I got waitlisted at NYU and haven't heard about Gtown, what I really can't stand is that NYU sent me an email and in Georgetown there's no way to online view your admission decision.

^hey...which college did u apply to in NYU?

yea i know what u mean...it's irritating.i think i'll call them up on monday and find out.....and good luck for NYU!!! i got in for CAS :-D

Oh I hate this wait!!!

I applied for Stern, as I'm applying to McDonough in Georgetown so I think I'll just have to wait.

Anyways, where you from?

^am frm India, what abt u?

I'm from Mexico.

^kewl.....u must be spanish then!

this wait seems annoying at times hey freeverse at what time are you going to call cause on monday afternoon its night in the states.

I reaaaalllly hope that what you meant to write was, "u must speak spanish, then!"

This is sad i got rejected from NYU stern :( I was prepared to take that over McDonough

Yeah I know, actually I do have relatives from Spain.
But people from Mexico aren't spanish and neither speak mexican, lol.
A lot of people in the US has told me those two things I wrote above, really.

ycang, I also got rejected from Stern, I'm already in McCombs and waiting for McDonough.

mex i didnt apply there though i got into USC Marshall. i wasnt sure abt texas with reference to international students, so i felt more comfortable with applying to schools in coastal areas. seemed to me like those have a higher proportion of internationals, but i could be wrong

Mexpablo:
When I moved to California for a year, from Spain, a girl asked me if Spain was near Cancun. Because she had been to Cancun on vacation.

lolz...sorry i meant u must speak spanish then! oops...my bad....

and lowsat - will prolly call them up at nite...8.00 pm Indian time...

@ freeverse

8.00 pm on today or tomorrow? Do update us after you give them a call. I am an international too and desperate to hear anything from the admission people.

You can't call before 9 am Eastern time on April 1... trust me, I've called, I've asked, and that is the Official Answer.
