I have to take a chemistry placement test later this summer, and the school's department recommended purchasing the book and reviewing the first few chapters to prepare. I found the book really cheap online, but it's the international edition. It says that it's identical to the English edition and it's written in English. Should I get it? I can't see any reason not to, but I'm just worried there might be some unforeseen problems.

Generally the only real difference between the international texts and the actual books are that the problem sets are different. So, you should be fine.

not mine!

while everyone else paid $167.50 for theirs, I paid $75.00.

if anything why don’t you rent it from cheggs.com? they usually have a resonable price.

I bought the international edition to my physics book. It was 100% identical, even the problem sets.
