<p>Is the international financial certification form due before acceptance or after acceptance? I received a letter from USC that just states that my transcripts are missing. They didn't ask for the financial thing. I've met with some problems getting certification so i was wondering if anyone can help me.</p>
<p>If you applied by the scholarship deadline of Dec 10, then you need to get your Financial Cert. by Jan 10 to be considered for scholarships. I don't know if there's a deadline for regular decision, but you should send them in ASAP.</p>
