International Freshman Scholarship

<p>I was just wondering if anyone knew about this half-tuition scholarship?
I'm an international student and, as yet, I haven't heard anything from USC (not even a "forwarded" status) so I want to know whether I'm out of the running for this scholarship - since it seems that I'm not being considered for a Trustee or Presidential.</p>

<p>If anyone on here has received this scholarship and has info on it - ie. how many per year/what kind of stats (I know USC state that candidates will be in the top 10% of their class but at a small school like mine that doesnt really mean too much).</p>

<p>Also, if anyone has an idea as to when these students are notified, that would be brilliant!</p>
