<p>I wanted to know how I can arrange an interview, as I'm an international student. I went on the page on the Harvard website that explained how to do this, but all it said was that I should email them with HELP in the subject line and include my location.</p>
<p>After doing this, I received an email telling me what was already written on the website. I waited a few days wondering if they might email something else, and then I tried again with no success.</p>
<p>Could anyone explain how they obtained a list of interviewers in their area? Do I need to wait for my full application to get processed before I can do this?</p>
<p>There are relatively few international interviews because of the lack of enough alumni interviewers. From what I’ve seen on CC, I don’t think that most international applicants get interviews. I’m guessing that the ones that do get interviews are fortunate to have alumni interviewers relatively nearby and to have Harvard interested enough in the applicants to arrange an interview for them. Getting an interview doesn’t mean one will be admitted. Not getting an interview doesn’t mean one will be rejected. Since I know that some U.S.-based applicants are interviewed as late as the second week of March, I imagine the same occurs for some international applicants.</p>

<p>Since it says that I should wait for my application materials to be processed, I assume that I don’t need to do anything at this stage. Will they send me the contact details of the nearest interviewer for me to initiate contact?</p>
