International needing help

I am an international student. I wonder what is better:

Taking AP's, getting into higher classes.. and so showing to grad school a tough college class load when applying.

Or taking the courses in college, so getting higher GPA in the not so hard intro classes, but having not so tough course load in first year

Please give me your advice

The answer is always the same: get both - good grades in tough classes.

Why are you assuming that intro classes are easier than more advanced college classes? Some intro classes are designed as weeding out classes to control the number of students that major in a certain field, and you definitely want to place out of such classes whenever you can.
In some subjects there might not even be a typical intro course because the bulk of courses can be taken in just about any order (e.g. history).
And then there are some subjects in which taking the AP course in high school in a small class might be easier than taking the class at college with 30 kids (e.g. calculus).

But no - grad schools won't look down on you for taking intro classes freshman year. Just make sure that you start taking advanced classes in your major (if that is what you want to study in grad school) as early as possible.

b@r!um ist ganz in Ordnung! do well in tough classes. even if you get an A-/B+ in a tough class it's better than an A+ in an intro class.

ist, sorry!
