International or US applicant for CommApp?

Hey guys,

So I really want to go to Dartmouth but I'm a permanent resident of the US who has gone through high school in the UK. Dartmouth says this:

Should I fill out the International Supplement?

If you are...

1. Not a US citizen but have attended a US high school since 9th grade, you do NOT have to fill out the International Supplement.

2. Not a US citizen and transferred from a high school abroad into a US high school during 10th, 11th or 12th grade, you DO have to fill out the International Supplement.

So I'm guessing I have to fill in the international supplement. But because I'm a PR with international qualifications, does that mean I apply as an international student?

I would shoot the admissions office an e-mail just to make sure.

I think you should apply as a domestic student (AFAIK the same rules apply to permanent residents when it comes to federal financial aid), but you’ll still have to fill the International Supplement. I’d, too, suggest to call the Admissions Office.

Thanks for the replies  Yeah I emailed the admissions office and I just apply as a domestic student but have to fill in an International Supplement.
