I'm majoring in International Political Economy at Georgetown (SFS), and I'm probably going to apply to transfer for various personal reasons. How are the programs for my major at Brown (International Relations, Political Economy track) and Penn (either International Relations and Economics or pure International Relations), and would it be worth it for me to transfer?

Brown certainly has a solid program. You should check out the Watson Institute.

What are your reasons for transferring? There’s really no point in transferring out of Georgetown’s SFS for academic reasons.
