<p>You can probably attend an American university and conduct intenrships abroad. Many universities have programs like that.</p>
<p>when it comes to higher education, the US dominates the world and has held the critical mass of eminent scholars since WWII when they fled from Europe. It is best to go to school here and do a study abroad or summer internship abroad.</p>
