Schools:

1.) Tufts (EDII)
2.) UC Berkeley
3.) UCLA
4.) Stanford
5.) UC San Diego
6.) UC Davis
7.) USC
8.) Wash U in St. Louis
9.) Colgate
10.) Brown

11.) Harvard

Stanford/Harvard/Brown are like near impossible but I was to apply so I don't look back on my college experience and go "damn shoulda tried for it"

My Top Choice is Tufts :O
Then UCB/UCLA

Tell me what you guys think!

Johns Hopkins has a terrific IR program, top notch academics in international relations. Also consider American University, George Washington U, Georgetown, Claremont, Middlebury, Macalaster…

Do you plan to continue ROTC and Fencing?

Are you in-state for the UCs? Because if so, you have a great chance at all.

Tufts is going to be a reach as well as Brown, Harvard, Stanford, and WUSTL mostly because of your test scores and GPA. They’re on the low side for these schools, and unless you write amazing essays, I don’t see it happening. Well, maybe Tufts since they emphasize a lot on looking at you as a whole. However, Harvard, Brown, and Stanford, like you guessed, are most likely not going to happen.

Phead128-
Fencing I’ll definitely continue, ROTC hell no. I had a really bad experience in ROTC lol. I was thinking about Johns Hopkins, but I was kinda turned off about the location. You’re the third person to mention it to me, so I’ll go check it out more thoroughly. Thanks!

Yeah, I’m in-state for the UCs. Tufts is startign to be my dream school lol :stuck_out_tongue: I really hope they pick me  As for the harvard stanford brown thing, I know. I just need to do it in case a miracle happens.

Oh yeah, GPA is unweighed. UC GPA is like 4.0

bumping my board

Your list is wholly unrealistic. I’d say you need to do some homework including looking at common data sets published by the schools which breakdown the stats of those that get in.

So are you saying that I have a 0% chance of getting into any of those schools? I have already addressed the Stanford/Harvard/Brown.
I’m also applying to a bunch of CSUs and know that I will definitely get into them.
