International Relations Major Confusion

Whats the deal with the international relations program at JHU? are you part of the graduate school for international studies or what?

No. The undergraduate program in International Studies is an interdisciplinary program administered by the Deparment of Political Science in the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences (KSAS). It includes courses in international relations (which is a sub-field of political science), international economics (from the Economics department) and area and language studies from various departments. It is one of the most popular majors at the University. There is also a combined degree program between KSAS and SAIS (the graduate school of international studies) which results in a MA degree after 5 years of study.
