International Relations: My Chances??

I am an undergrad at a really good private liberal arts institution in Texas and I'm wanting to go on to Grad School to study International Affairs. I'm worried that I may not be able to get into any schools. Which schools may accept me? What is the acceptance rate of minorities in Public Affairs/International Affairs Programs?

Here is some info about me: I'm 27, in my last year of undergrad majoring in Political Science, minor in economics (As and Bs in my major/minor courses [more As than Bs]), had a really bad year when I was a Cell Biology major/Chemistry minor (therefore, I changed my major) and failed Physics and Organic Chemistry 1, this really hurt my GPA and I am working on building it back up, when I finish I should have a GPA of 2.8-2.9, I have not worked or studied abroad because I am a single parent and am not able to do that at the moment, I am intermediate level in Spanish (I learned on my own because I had a desire to learn it living here in Texas). Also, I plan to get an internship in Economic Development my last semester.

Also I have worked, just not in the field of International Relations, but I have worked because I have to as a mother. Also, I went to a community college before going to a University where I earned an Associates while working on my basics.
