Hi. I have a question. I have been looking at colleges, and I think i want to major in international Relations. I already know which schools I like (Lewis and Clark, UC Davis, Macalester, Tufts, U of Washington, Western Washington- even though it has no int'l relations program), but the thing is, I probably will not be able to afford any without significant aid. I don't know how much I could get from need-based... I did get recognized as a National Hispanic Scholar and my grades are really good (gpa around 4.3). I really like Oregon, Washington, and Northern California, but I would be willing to go to other states. I would prefer a liberal school, near a big city. I don't want a school that's big on greek life, parties, football, etc. So I was wondering if anyone knows anything about a school that would be good for the aforementioned major and that would give out a good scholarship or a lot of aid. I have read on here that some schools give out a lot for National Hispanic Scholars, but although i am not ruling those schools out, I really want to go to a school that I would love. Any recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you so much!

If you come from a low-income family, Tufts will almost certainly pay for 90-100% of your education. Applying ED will help you, and you already know the IR program ehre is great, and we're certainly not a Greek/football type school. Good luck!
