I'm in the process of applying to a few different International Affairs MA programs: SAIS, SIPA, and the Elliot School at George Washington. My focus (and passion) is Eastern European/post-Soviet/Russian/Central Asian affairs, as I have been working at a non-profit in this field for about a year and half and have a high-intermediate grasp on the Russian language. However, I only took the bare minimum of econ courses in undergraduate, and want to strengthen my quant skills. I decided against a specific regional MA degree because I really want a stronger background in economics and also think a slightly more generalized degree will give me more options post graduation. I don't have a specific career path yet in mind.

Given these facts, my question is this: which of these schools would be preferable for this focus? Are there any other schools worth considering? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
