<p>I am entering into Columbia College as a freshman this coming fall. I want to major in International relations for my undergrad but I do not believe that this is available (although I've heard about this 5-year International Affairs program). What should I do for my undergrad? Possibly major in Poli Sci? How does this five-year program work and how do I sign up for it?</p>
<p>hey man, im going to be a freshman this coming fall too. i'm thinking of doing poli sci-economics. after looking at the course offerings book, i know that for poli sci majors you need to specialize in one subfield of political science. one of them is international relations. and as im sure you know, alot of IR comes from taking classes outside the strict poli sci curriculum - like global economy, human rights stuff, etc.</p>
