International Reputation of the Univeristy of Richmond

Hi,
I'm an international student from Germany and I've been accepted by UR. It seems like a good school (I appreciate the small classes) but when I got my acceptance letter I did a little more research about UR and there are a few things that bothered me.
My greatest concern is the international recognition of UR. I've read some comments that it is not even well known across the USA. Despite it's good rankings in Businessweeks I couldn't find it in any ranking with international universities.
My question is, if I attend UR will it be easy for me to find a job in Asia? Or should I rather study at HKUST/HKU/CUHK. Moreover, I am also accepted to Miami University (Ohio). It seems they are a little more well known outside the states.
Basically I am in the dilemma of going MU, UR, or HK...
Additionally, what I've recognized about UR is also that they have rather bad results in the recruiter survey the last few years (in the last 1/3). Is this possible because of their reputation?
Oh, my major will be Finance and minor Chinese with probably one year study abroad in Asia (if I go to a US university).
Thanks already for the comments.^^

I have a friend who has been acepted to Richmond Full Ride, and says that if she gets accepted to HKU she’ll be most likely to go there… honestly, i never even heard of Richmond (im in Asia) until she got accepted by UR
