International SAT I and II results!

I was a major football[soccer I mean] player while in my very youth :p [ok childhood].
Izzy, this is a small town. no one here emails his teacher. most students have their teachers' phone numbers because most of them go to private tutoring.
I myself call only my GC if it's something urgent and I can't go to school, or my math teacher because I need some books from her...or to ask her about my leaving for a certain competition...that kind of stuff.:)

I envied soccer players. I can't dribble (with feet) to save my life.

Private tutoring...I'd be a little afraid to face my teachers more than I had to. :D

banedon, HAPPY about no problems with your documents:) I knew it was gonna be OK;)

FOOTBALL!!! I like this game and this name! Players mostly kick the ball with their feet, so I've always wondered why americans call their strange game "football" and the real football "soccer". Anyway, I'm desperate:( The Bulgarian FOOTBALL team is not going to the world championship.

banedon, I wish I could get wet from ocean/sea water. I miss the Black Sea beaches so much...

Lakshmi, aren't your school teachers forbidden to tutor the students they teach at school? Our teachers are. And they're even forbidden togather students' money for excursions, opera, plays and such, so usually there's a student from each class who takes that responsibility.

Izzy...dont think that not knowing how to dribble is a disadvantage. I got MVP Defense on my varsity team not knowing how to dribble well...but yeah, i did save some goals by slide tackling from behind on home turf with a local ref who never called it a foul :p

btw banedon, im a GUY!

: ))) I repeat myself. my town is VERY small. and no...my teachers aren't forbidden to tutor their students.[at least everybody does it here....]. and if you're wondering: yes there are SOME teachers that give better grades to students whom they tutor.

That is SOOO a foul, callthecops! :p

Wait...you're a guy??? I never...hmmm...it is true..it's hard to know whether someone is a guy or girl if they avoid certain topics. :o

Aussie beat Uruguay. A Malaysian friend in Melbourne was celebrating it online. laughs Constantly IM-ing people.

Teachers can "tutor" kids at my school, but during study halls and never for money. If however, you're asking a teacher to tutor in a course the school doesn't offer (like Spanish B or Spanish A2), they you gotta pay them individually.

alrighty...would imagine a girl slide tackling from behind? i dont think so...at least its not as common as for guys :p

oooh, you don't know women, callthecops. They can be cunning and come at you when you least expect it! The could slide tackle from the back (though, yes, not as commonly as men).

"Hell hath no fury like women scorned."

but we dont need to be scorned to violently slide-tackle from behind :D

YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE OI OI OI

WE ARE GOING TO THE WORLD CUP!!! 31 YEARS- ABOUT TIME! YAYYYYYYYYY

hehehe i saw it all on tv last night...it was awesome!!!!!!

celebrates and cheers even though im numb (just got two teeth pulled out)

oh no...i got some terrible news for myself...2 kids from my school that i graduated from are applying ED Princeton....I FEEL LIKE CRAP!!!! :( :( :(

what happened to their "divine right to win"?

cops, so sorry to hear that. but it'lll be your turn to feel sorry for them next april! :D

jay01 - oooh, man, two teeth pulled... I never had my teeth pulled. The baby teeth always fell out when I was eating something... mourns My poor spaghetti, my poor orange...

callthecops - Don't feel like crap! I'm sure you're a better person than them!

jay, that's so fantastic! ughh new zealand sucks at soccer. Heaps of people play soccer but not many people support it!

Aussie's soccer coach is some guy named Hedink or osmething right?? Yeah he got Korea to finish 4th in the last fifa!!!!!
Omg i can still remember the games.. so brilliant!!! exhilirating!!

I CANT WAIT FOR FIFA 2006!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! man i really want to attend a game :(!!

well...to rub salt on your wounds, Germany is only a short ride away from norway and im going for a few games :p

You Kiwis care mostly about rugby right? We're pretty crap at it at the moment ... 7 losses in a row ... if only I was playin .... grrr

Yeah- we got the best soccer (or football as some of you call it) coach- Guus Hiddink (I reckon he'd make a better Prime Minister than the current one) ... wooohooooo. As if we would win any games at the world cup anyways. Its still awsome though just to get there.

Forget Princeton ... I need to find a few good German Universities ;)

ok guys. I've received an email today from Brown asking me if I want a phone interview. my answer is going to be yes. but I am extremely nervous about it cause I didn't expect it. so far, no one in Romania told me they had a phone interview....well..maybe they didn't..... omg...omg!

LOL. IUB is a good option :)

Good luck Lakshmi! Looks like you are the priveleged one ;) I'v never had a phone interview but only a face-to-face. It might be tough to figure out expressions and immediate reactions over the phone, but still, it should go off well

Take a chill pill...

You're going to be fine. It's just an interview.
Don't they offer alum interviews?

International University Bremen right?

I get too much junk mail from them so no way am I even considering them anyhow. The only cool thing about them in their brouchure was the GROOVY chairs and orange coloured bedsheets that guy had ... I dunno why but I just don't like any university that mails me with info that I don't know beforehand.
