International scholarship

Hi, I am an international student that have completed up to AS Levels with 4A's and 1B, also achieving A* in A Level Math one year earlier.
I have taken the SAT 2 subject test in October with score
Math Level 2: 760
Physics: 770

I am unsure whether to do my SAT or ACT, the reason for that is I don't think i can get high scores in SAT as my English is not good enough, I would rather do the science exams in ACT. But i have heard that it is preferable for international students to take the SAT. I would like to know which one is better to take?

I have applied for Mechanical Engineering to these universities for early action:

University of Minnesota - Twin Cities

Ohio State University

Purdue University

Iowa State University

North Carolina State University

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

SUNY at Buffalo

I would like to know what are my chances of getting into these universities. Also I want to know what are my chances of getting a scholarship to any of these.

For admission to Univ. at Buffalo, SUNY: See http://www.buffalo.edu/internationaladmissions/get-ready-to-apply/can-i-get-in/admissions-criteria.html</a>

No difference. Std Admission: ACT (Eng & Reading) 20+, SAT 1 CR 500+

Consider Std Admission w/ Lang Support: ACT (Eng & Reading) 18-19, SAT 1 CR 450-499
