Hey, guys. I’m a student from Eritrea. Our institutions do not allow the direct sending of transcripts to other institutions.
Any idea on this. Because all the us universities specifically say transcripts should be send from the issuing institute?
I had the same problem with my high school. If you’ve admitted to a college, explain your principal you need to send official transcripts from your high school address; my high school told me they couldn’t (like yours). I just officially translate transcripts to English and get a sign from the principal. If you haven’t gotten your result, simply tell your counselor to upload scanned transcripts to common app or similar applications. Colleges usually comprehend your situation. Good luck.
