International student applying for colleges in Cali

<p>Hi, wondering what my chances are to get into a college in Cali. Looking at UCLA, UCB, UCSB, UCI & UCSD. Should I consider other areas?</p>

<p>I'm from Singapore where we take English as our first language. I was the VP of student council in high school and involved in drama club where I'd taken part in nation wide competitions.
Going to a junior college soon to take my A levels so I was just checking to prepare in advance.</p>
