International Student: Brown, Upenn, Emory, USC?

Hi I'm an international student but I go to school in the states (its gonna be 5 yrs of studying abroad by the time i graduate) and I was wondering what my chances are to these schools: Brown, Upenn, Emory, and USC
(I'm a rising senior this fall)

Here's my stats:
SAT=
current (last year) CR: 520 MT: 690 WT: 580
aiming (& according to practice test results): CR: 630 MT: 730 WT: 660

GPA: 4.0 (UW), 4.3/4.4 (W)

Rank: 12 (current year, out of 350 ish), 32 (cumulative)

AP: Art history (4), Bio (2- didn't study at all for this), U.S. History (3), Eng Language and Comp (3)
planning to take Psychology, Eng Literature and Comp., and Studio art

Advanced/honors classes: 7-8 classes

***I've gotten straight A's since freshman year, except one B+ in sophomore year

Honors:

Extracurricular activities:
-Founder and President of a club designed to help international student with language barrier and cultural assimilation
-Planning to publish a research paper (like on journals or international conferences) on Korean and American high school students' happiness in relation to their definition of beauty (inner and outer) (grade 12)
-Freelance translator (Kor- Eng or vice versa); 15 hrs a week, all year (grade 10,11,12)
-Interpreter at a hospital for foreign patients (Kor- Eng or vice versa); 50 hrs per year, only during summer (grade 10,11)
-Leading painter of a school club; esp. mural arts (grade 11,12)

Honors:
2 honorable mentions from out side of school art contests (grade 10,11)
2 student of the month award (grade 10,11)
Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony Award from Uni. of Rochester (grade 11)
School poster contest winner, twice (grade 9,10)
Featured Artist of the year (grade10)
I have pretty decent art portfolio

I think I have pretty good grades and school activities but my standardized test scores are not so great for the aiming schools. So what do you think are my chance to those schools?
Any tips for college app?
Thank you so much and i would appreciate all your advice!(:

All of them are a reach with your current and projected SAT score because you are an international applicant.

Then what do you think are the “safe” SAT score for those schools?

I agree with @lacoste. Your hurdles are higher than everyone else’s due to international status. Low SAT CR scores will not help. Suggest to work on improving your SAT scores for a decent chance.

Sounds like you are a boarding student in the US. Have you considered a PG year to improve english speaking/writing and then applying afterwards?

not really a safe SAT because all of those schools are really highly selective but for Brown and Penn aim for 2250+ and for Emory and USC aim for 2200
Again it will be much more difficult for you being an international

Ok thanks for the score, but why is it harder for international students to get into those schools? I thought it’s a little easier for international because we have to pay full tuition and colleges are lacking of school funding?

Its harder because the # of applicants to the reserved spots is insane.

All the schools you mentioned are very wealthy private universities with multi-billion-dollar endowments, so no.

You’d need a 2250 SAT score mate.

All the parts except your SAT score are good. With those SAT scores, I doubt that you will get in to the top tier colleges unless you are a recruited athlete (which I guess you aren’t)
Improve your SAT score to a 2250+ as everyone suggests and you might get into 2 of the colleges mentioned above.
