International Student Certification of Finances

OK so I'm getting in a right mess over here. So confused.

You know this ISCoF form... it says "A bank official's signature is required on the certification if the student is partially or totally supported by personal savings"

Does that mean if I am NOT expecting to be supported by my parent's savings, then I don't need a bank signature??

If you can demonstrate that you have other sources of money that will pay for your education, then you don’t need a letter from the bank.

However, you will need to include appropriate documentation for those other sources of money.
