Thanks will chance back :)

Your military service should not count against you, but it gives you time to improve your English. I predict that you will be able to increase your SAT score too and that should help you.
UCLA (dream school): If you get a 2000, then I would say you are a match but right now it is a high match.
UC Berkley: Low Reach
UC Irvine: Low Match
UC Davis: Low Match
UC Santa Barbara: Low Match
University of Southern California: Low Reach, their test scores are higher than UCLA
Stanford: Reach
Perperdine: Low Match
Yale: Reach
NYU: Match
Columbia: Reach
University of Florida: not sure about this one

Thank you for your answer!

anyone else? would really appreciate it

UCLA (dream school) - low reach
UC Berkley - reach
UC Irvine - safety
UC Davis - match
UC Santa Barbara - match
University of Southern California - high match / low reach
Stanford - high reach
Pepperdine - low reach
Yale - high reach
NYU - high match / low reach
Columbia - high reach
