    Major- physics. High school- international.
    Ethnicity- Asian.
What are my chances at Cornell?

No need of financial aid,

And also what are my chances at Caltech?

With this stats, I think you will have a considerable chance at Cornell. However, if your dream schools are MIT or Caltech - every best schools of Computer Science ever, it would be a bit regret ( Cornell is still good in my opinion ) so I suggest you to apply Caltech for EA round and Cornell in RD round. Moreover, those schools has more funds for international students if you are considering need-blind financial aids.

Needless to say, Caltech is extremely hard but your profile make me think it will worth a shot.

OP, another thread asking the same thing? Apply and find out now that you don’t need the financial aid. Excessive validation here isn’t going to improve your chances.

I’m sorry. You know how college admissions are. We unexperienced kids tend to get over-excited. After all, who doesn’t dream? I got the gist. I can now apply to colleges, thanks to you guys. I appreciate your responses.
