International Student Chances? (currently junior)

Hi, I’m a junior who was wondering what my chances would be for colleges next year. I know it’s a little early, but I feel unprepared compared to other students - I moved to the US (from Korea) this year because of my parents study, and I’m currently attending a public school.

SAT: haven’t taken - PSAT score was 200 (math 80, cr 61, wr 59), practice test average is 2150-2250, hoping to get up to 2300s

ACT: haven’t taken - practice tests usually around 32-34, hopefully 34-35?

SAT Subj: SAT II Math: 780 (planning to retake), ( going to take Chemistry, World History)

TOEFL IBT: last took 4 years ago, high 90’s. planning to retake as well - predict above 115?

GPA: hopefully 3.9 - 4.0 as I will only have 11, 12 grade’s grades

my grades at Korean high schools were not so good - about 10-20% class rank during freshman year (because it’s considered a middle school grade level in Korea) and a 30-50% class rank during sophomore year (the high school I attended was ranked in the top 5 public schools nationally)
My national rank was within the top 1-3% though, so I was wondering how this would be considered in the admissions process? (any ideas or predictions?)
