International student chances for JHU,UCB,UCLA... ( I will chance back !!)

I’m an international student studying in the U.S (California)
I want to get into these schools:

(I want to major in Chemical Engineering)

9th grade: 7 regular classes (4.0UW/4.0W)
-I skipped the second term of 9th grade, so I started the second semester as 10th grade.
UCLA summer class Pre-cal (A, 4 credits)
10th grade: 7 regular classes (same as 9th grade) (4.0UW/4.0W)
11th grade: 3 APs and 3 regular classes (4.0UW/4.5W)
12th grade: 3 APs, 1 honor class, and 2 regular classes (4.0UW/4.58W)
6APs Total.
Class Rank: 1 or 2/ 442

Scores—
SAT I - 680/780/740 (2200)
SAT II - 800 Math 2, 770 Chem, 760 USH
AP - 5 Cal AB, Chem. 4 USH
TOEFL- 104

ECs—
Swimming team for 3 years
Water Polo for 3 years
Soccer for 2 years
International student club for 3 years
Math and Science development club for 2 years
Invention competition(attended 2 years) - The most creative construction award
Volunteering at local church around 100hours

Ethnicity:Asian
Gender:Male
No Financial Aid

I might be wrong, but if you’re studying in California (i.e. permanent resident) I don’t think you count as international.

As for chances, you’ll probably get in to most of them. Northwestern is a maybe for obvious reasons

Your stats are amazing. your SAT score might be little bit (and i mean very slightly) low for schools such as NW,JHU, Berkeley, UCLA, Umich, and emory but i honestly think you can get into most of the listed schools.
