Nope haven’t heard yet. I’ve wonder if they’ve ever gone this late before without giving out all the decisions.
I just talked to the admissions office today.
There are a surprising amount of international students applying this year; possibly the most in Cal Poly’s history. They are going through files and applications as fast as they can, and hopefully the lot of you would’ve heard back by the end of this week.

Same here! I spoke to them on the phone, they said they’d let me know by Friday. I doubt that though…

Great… I just called them and they said they have “no idea” I’m not expecting a decision before May 1st. This is starting to get really annoying.
@GrimTim91 I think it will come out before May 1st… But it is just the matter of time… it is super annoying…

Admission decisions came out this morning. The website will be updated in 1 or 2 days.
@vulcatim would you like to share your stats? I am still waiting… did you find out that you got in from the portal?
I called yesterday around 4:00pm, and they told me that I got accepted but on the website it says that no determination has been made… Then she told me that she’s going to update my portal information. After the call, I checked the portal and it said that I was cleared to enroll at Calpoly. Two hours later, it was updated and it said “Congratulation, you have been selected for admission to Cal Poly…” However, I didn’t have the accept/decline button and the welcome video on my portal until this morning. Eventually I have accepted the offer.
These are my stats again:
Major: Mechanical engineering
GPA: 3.95 at the application time (3.96 now)
Major GPA: 4.0
In/out state: International student
IGETC: Completed
Extracurriculars: physics and math tutor, Alpha Gamma Sigma member, president of the international students club, member of the engineering society, member of the engineering abroad program. Worked for 5 years as mine equipment maintainer.
I’m transferring from a community college in the Bay area. I’m missing Circuits and Statics which are desired classes for my major. I’m taking Linear algebra, Differential equation, Physics III, and Speech this semester.

@amyshengting If you’re applying as a ME major, then they’ve already made a decision. You can call tomorrow and check. They told me yesterday that the portal will be updated in on or two days.
