International student. Chances?

My SAT score is 2200
Critical Reading 690
Math 800
Writing 710 (only 8 for my essay I'm afraid)

I will be taking the SAT 2s in October. I think I will get 800 in math and >750 in Chemistry (I'm not sure as I haven't read my SAT2 Chemistry book yet).

I study at a prestigious top girls' school in my country and there have been many girls here who got admitted to the Ivies, all other top 30 colleges, and top liberal arts colleges.
However, I have a low class rank and l am struggling with the curriculum here because it is so difficult. The APs are nothing compared to what we study in our junior year. But my low class rank is still inexcusable in these college's eyes so I think my class rank is a really big disadvantage. I know GPA and class rank is more important than SAT scores when applying to top colleges, so I'm not applying to those.
I have decent community work and some extra curriculars, which are again, nothing spectacular.
I feel that my whole application is weak, so I will work hard at my essay as I know it also plays a huge part in college applications.

Can you guys suggest some colleges that are not bad, admit a reasonable amount of international students and place much emphasis on the SATs?
Thank you guys!

You should tell us your major in you want us to suggest “not bad” colleges for you.

I would think most private schools that are not so well known might emphasize on the SATs slightly more because they would want to improve their freshman test score statistics and appear to be more selective.

Thanks for your reply. I haven’t decided on my major but I’d go for more math-y subjects because I didn’t study subjects in humanities in HS
