International student chances :)

Hi guys, what do you think about my chances? I am an international student from Kazakhstan. My SAT scores: SAT general 2200, 800 Math level 2, 780 US History, TOEFL 118. GPA: 3.8, 2 good teachers recommendations and 4 from my ex-bosses.
My best advantages is my work-experience, 4.5 years.
1) 2 years in National Oil Company, part-time, full-time job. Programming and accounting.
2) 1 year in Ministry of Finance, boss Vice Minister of Finance.
3) 1 year in Switzerland, financial programming, UBS.
4) half-year as a personal consultant of Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

I think you have a good chance, if you have about $50K/year to pay COA(That assuming you get a $10k scholarship). FA is not available to international students.

I think the work experience will probably seal the deal…you’re applying out of high school right, so you’re 18?

artloverplus is completely wrong.

Financial Aid IS available to international students, they just take it into consideration when you apply. I’m international and was accepted with FA to cover approximately 95% of my costs.

Em no, I graduate my high-school 3 years ago, I am very close to 20 now.

Is it advantage for me, that we will pay full price and I am from underrepresented minority and country>?

“Underrepresented minority” status is conferred to American applicants only. You’ll be applying as an International. BTW: remember, do NOT send 4 bosses’ rec letters. Only the best one.

Ok, thanks :).I will send from Prime-minister
