I'm not familiar with how admissions really goes in the States, so I need a bit of local opinion :)

Here goes:

Nationality: Filipino
High School is at least within the top 10 in the country
Currently at Junior Year

GPA UW: 3.36
Honors Math, Science, History, English; No AP's/IB's available
Rank: Top 10%
Gender: Male

SAT (Haven't taken the actual test yet, but I took a practice test on collegeboard just now to get some numbers)
Math: 690
CR: 720
W: 640
Total: 2040

I didn't have any practice with this, so hopefully I can put in a hundred or more points in the actual SAT.

EC/Community Service:

VP of Japanese Org:
We also organize events annually like a cosplay competition or a Japanese festival.

Started an intramural soccer league during freshman year

Every year, we go to poor communities to teach and occasionally live for a few days.
This year, I went to live with a family of 8 that lives in a 6 x 6 meter house without a
toilet for 3 days.

(Should I even put this?) Leader of a group of socialists in high school. Though we focus on cooperative socialism, not Stalinist communism, I have a feeling this might put some Americans off.

I'm looking at Boston College, BU, Fordham and Syracuse, and other colleges in the northeast or in California, but in your opinion what colleges are in my range?

And would any of the ivies, like Brown, Penn or Cornell actually be worth a shot?
