International Student Doubts/Chances

I know it's quite a lot to read but please do :$

I'm an Indian student and these were the subjects provided in our school :

Grade 9 and 10 :
English
Second Language (I chose Hindi)
Science with Practicals
Mathematics
Social Science

Grade 11 & 12 :
Chemistry with practicals
Physics with practicals
Computer Science with practicals (Optional)
English
Mathematics

Our school didn't provide any visual & performing arts courses from grade 9 onwards, so I can't really help it.
So, these courses will not cover the a-g courses, right?
Would "Computer Science" in grades 11 and 12 be counted as a college-preparatory elective?
My school performance was pretty good in Grade 9 and 10, went down-hill in grade 11 and I got it back up in grade 12 (however, I don't know how to show this to the admission officers because I don't think I'm allowed to give my mid-term scores?)

Also, let's say if I didn't meet the "Admission requirements" because of this...I should have a shot at "admission by examination" and "admission by exception" right?

However, my test scores are not great. My highest SAT score is 1890/2400
with CR 570, M 720, W 600
Besides the scores being really low, the UC website also says that "students must achieve a minimum score of 580 on each component of the SAT Reasoning Test" and I am falling short just by 10 points on my CR section. So, is that a really big problem?

Also, I have written SAT Subject Test in November and will write it again in December. I hope to make up for the low score in the SAT Reasoning Test.

And, talking about "Admission by exception", I think my essays and ECs are pretty decent. But that's all they are. Decent. They aren't extra-ordinary. Also, I haven't had any "life-circumstances that may have prevented me from living up to my potential".

I am, however, going to pay the full costs. No aid needed.
I'll be applying for CS major.

So, basically what I'm asking is, [s]do I have a chance at UCB/UCLA? [/s]

Am I even ELIGIBLE to be considered for admission?

Also, I have 4-5 other girls applying from my school for the exact same major and to almost all the same schools -.-
Do you think that affects a person's chances?

You’re probably eligible, but your chances are very low.

^ Yeah, I’ve accepted that fact. I’m going to give it a shot anyway :stuck_out_tongue:
Thank you :)
