international student gpa

Hi everyone :)
my name is camille and i'm french, i decided to open a new thread because my problem is kind of specific and i didn't find my answer while searching the forum.
My english is not very good at the moment so please forgive me.
Here is my problem, i have two licences ( bachelor equivalent) one in biology and one in classic literature.
For the first one i have very good grades ( 4 gpa or 16,75) but for the second one it's not so good, you see my mother wanted me to take a literature license so bad so we agreed to a compromise ( the double license) but i didn't put much effort into it.
Next year i will be finishing my masters degrees ( one in literature and the other one in biology) and i will be abroad for my research internship ( to improve my english).
So today i look at the requirements for a bio phd in the us and i see that you must give your transcripts, my question is : which one ?
because my gpa for my bachelor and master in literature are for now very very bad ( like 2.3).
and if i put the two gpa together i will never be accepted in graduate school =s
i'm kind of freaking out, because i put a lot of work into my licence in biology and for me the other one was just to please my mom and not very relevant for my future....
i'm not familiar with the us system of admission and i will not try to get into grad school right now ( more like in fall 2015 for september 2016) but i will very much appreciate any advice.
ps : i know that my english is very bad so please don't be mean about it, i will improve ( i hope) during my time in the uk next year ( for my internship).
