Hello everyone
I know the med schools' admission is very competitive for the US students
and slight chance out of that competition for international students.
Anyway, I'm an undergraduate applicant for the spring 2013
and I've applied to these universities:-

Boston College
Boston University
University of Michigan,Ann Arbor
University of Wisconsin-Madison
University of Miami
Syracuse University
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
George Washington University
University of Pittsburgh
Purdue University

I will be a pre med student still confused between Biomedical Engineering and Biology
I'm also on scholarship so I'm not concerned about the money.

Any advice ? which one would you prefer for yourself ? which one offers the best pre med environment and its students have high MCAT scores ? Do you know another good schools that offers spring admission for international freshman ? Waiting for your replies
Thanks in Advance :)

come on guys, please help me

You major is immaterial so you should choose a major you like because you are interested in it. A good GPA is much more important than your major, and chances are your GPA will be best in a discipline you enjoy learning about.

The major problem you’re going to have is the fact that you’re an international student, because practically no international students are accepted. The general advice here would be for you to become a US citizen (not a small task!) or go to school in your home country, where you’ll have a much better chance of acceptance.

I think that was a little bit devastating
anyway I’m gonna have my chances, may be I’ll change what you’ve written

Could you please give the last part of the topic a look
I’d be glad to have your answers
Thanks

As per your last paragraph, all of those schools will be good pre-med schools and which one any of us would attend is irrelevant since none of us are you and may have different things that are important to us. I unfortunately don’t know anything about spring admissions (international or otherwise).

Kristin is correct. Very, very few international students (international includes Canadians) are accepted into US medical schools. Several hundred at most, perhaps as many as a thousand in exceptional year.

See this list for admission policies towards international students at all US allopathic and oseopathic medical schools.

Generally, those colleges that have the highest SAT scores…good testers are good testers!

Thank you so much guys for your contribution, I really appreciate it
wish me luck :)
