I am an international student, and I’m looking for colleges in America that give full rides (or at least full tuition) to international students, with mediocre grades(decent high school GPA, although my Edexcel A level board examination grades are below average) but pretty great ECAs, recommendations, etc. My expected SAT(redesigned) score is 1250+. Any suggestions?
Being blunt, I literally think that is impossible. You can google US colleges that meet full need for interntional applicants. The number is small, and you need to be the best of the best.
@Lindagaf I know what you mean. It even sounds silly, I know. I have googled, and have found a few colleges, although they are obviously not very well ranked. But thanks for the help!

The problem is that either a college wants lower score international students to pay full price so as to bring in more money, or higher score students to up the GPA/SAT average of incoming students. You are neither. Quite frankly US students with those scores wouldn’t get much either.
