<p>I have heard that one of the main reasons why not many intn'tl applicants don't get into a US med school (besides the school's the outright do not accept them) is that many school's require the full amount of tuition and aid is slim to none. But what if money is not a factor and the total amount can be easily obtained, would this then put an intn'tl applicant in the same boat (chances wise) as a comparable US student?</p>
