hey guys, I really need someone to advise me on this! please tell what chances do I stand against applying just 1 month before the semester starts for a transfers admission to Purdue University?

I suspect very few people on this board know what a grade average of 54% in India means. You're not presenting any test scores other than the TOEFL to give us a clue as to what kind of student you are.
No idea about your chances!

You see International Transfer admission applicants require only their College Transcripts and TOEFL scores in order to transfer to the US. since my university does not give out GPAs to students Ive only got my percentage. what i wanted to ask was with my ECs and work experience recommendations will I be able to get into Purdue/IndianaU,Bloomington/Rutgers,NJ or not? Please tell me how selective these Universities are?

I am not required to submit my SAT 1 or 2 as I have finished more than a year at my University. thus i dont have any other scores to present :) but you can at least get an idea of where I stand from my class rank?
