International Student - SAT Scores & Admissions

This week I got my SAT scores:
Critical Reading 590
Writing 580
Math 730

I’m ok with my Math score, but I’m aware that my CR and W scores a kind of low. As I am an international student, will colleges care less for my W and CR scores since I got a good score in TOEFL (105/120)?
Btw, do I have any chances at top schools (the Ivies, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, etc)? I can assure that my recommendation letters are the best possible and that my overall profile is pretty good
If you have any tips on colleges and universities that I could get into with this grades and profile, please let me know.

Ps: Another weakness in my profile is that I need scholarship/financial aid to pay for college

International applicants, especially ones that need aid are going to need to have very strong SAT scores at “top tier” schools. You should really think about restudying and taking the SAT again.

No. Admissions expectations aren’t relaxed for internationals at all.
