International Student Seeking Help about Admission

Hello,

I am an international prospective student looking forward to take admission in Indiana University--Bloomington as an international transfer student. I have completed 14 years of education. After high school, I completed a two year bachelors of commerce degree and passed with 56%. I know it sounds very low, but even the topper do not get any percantage more than 70s. In my batch, the topper earned 76% only. I do not know what would this percentage mean in GPA so that I may know if I am eligible to apply as a transfer student or not. Can any college representative guide me in this matter?

Plus, I researched a lot about percentage to GPA conversion and I ended up with the conclusion that iGPA calculator of WES (World Education Service) is the best and only reliable tool to convert my percentage into GPA. According to that calculator my GPA is 3.44 on a scale of 4.0. So, is this true or anyway near the conversion of the university?

Finally, any college representative or fellow collegeconfidential seniors pass their comments on my chances into getting this university as a transfer student?
My TOEFL score is 95
Haven't taken SAT

Thank You

I don’t know which college you went to, but 56% on a national exam is low no matter how you put it. Also 56% will never be a 3.44.

In all honesty I do not think you will get in.

I am hazarding a guess that you did HSC?
