<p>Hey I'm an International student applying to Urbana Champaign for Fall 2011 and have taken the O Level and AS Level exams through Cambridge International Examinations. Do i have to enter the internal school exam grades in the self reported academic history? If yes what format should i use.

<p>See that’s completely up to you.
UIUC requires only the external examination marks and you must ATLEAST put those marks. Entering any other marks is totally up to you. If you feel that your internal examinations are good, go ahead enter 'em but if not, dont enter.</p>
