<p>Hi,
I'm wondering if It is likely that a person transfer from a Canadian University into an US one, like UCLA, or UCB.
I'm also wondering if I Wanted to transfer, how much my HS record will affect me. Also, if I have to take the SATs during High School, or if I take the SAT I and II's during my Freshman or Sophomore (Transfer in Junior Year). </p>

<p>I'm entering Senior Year this year, and will a stellar Senior Year be able to kinda offset the Crap to the Max Junior and Sophomore years? </p>

<p>Unfortunately, for freshmen applicants, UCs only count sophmore and junior year grades. As a junior transfer though, they will only look at your college record and do not ask for SATs or ACTs at all.</p>

<p>UCs take very few OOS candidates so you may also want to look at private schools. They are pretty much the same price or less than UCs when you're not in state and some offer OOS/international kids the financial aid UCs don't</p>
