International Student Volunteers questions

<p>Hi, my son is thinking about going on one of ISV's volunteer programs to New Zealand over the summer. I would love for him to have this wonderful experience, but there's only one problem: money!!!!!!!! We read that there are some fundraisers that ISV provides, but we'd like to know more about them before we put down the pricey $500 application fee. If any of you or your student-children have dealt with this (or something similar) before, please, we'd love to hear your advice on how we can make this trip happen.</p>
