international student, want to transfer to UC berkeley

Hi there!
Currently, i'm a high school junior. Because of personal issue, have to drop out high school(not yet). But i'm a international student. I was plan to finish my junior and senior year here and apply for a 4 year college. But since my high school here is super small and don't have much classes(you basically cant choose classes, they assign you.). Most of the classes i will take in Senior year ive taken before, since this is my second year in US and i spent my last year in Michigan as a senior exchange student. Plus i'm 18 already. Therefore many people advised that cc is a good choice for me.

But since i don't have a high school diploma neither in my country nor here. i don't know is it gonna affect my transfer to UC or not. i have a 4.52 GPA so far and a 4.0 GPA last year. But a really low SAT score. That's why i considered to go to CC to get a higher chance to get in Berkeley. Do i need a SAT score when i transfer? Cuz my high school counselor keep telling you need to take a SAT sooner or later.

My dream school is Berkeley. Now i'm considering Fullerton college or Irvine valley college or other better CC. I don't know which one is better. And i don't want a school that is hard to take courses i need cuz I plan to transfer less than 2 years. wanna major in medical. Can you guys tell me some top rate CC transfer rate to Berkeley? Better if it's near Irvine. But i don't mind other places.
Need some help here!
Thanks guys!!!!

1st Colleges want a GED or a HS Diploma
2nd Any California CC will work. They look at your GPA and course selection, the actual school does not matter.

Thank you!!
