So I’m a british student currently making my arrangements for my third year abroad at KU this fall, and I’m super excited to be heading there, however I’m a bit nervous as to how well i’ll fit in/make friends with American students since I won’t be in my first year and obviously people have usually made friends by this time? I obviously would like to make some international friends as well, but I really want to make friends with Americans too since that’s part of the reason I chose here for my year abroad!
I also wondered what would be my best housing option for this situation -I think with my year abroad I should be on campus, but I have no idea where? Any other international year abroad students been to KU and have any advice??? thank you xx
