what's considered a competitive sat score, for the Ivies?

I'm a international student, never attended an american high school, I've done some mock tests after discovering I have to take the sat's with about 4 weeks to prepare! Can't imagine I'll score lower than 2200, it's generally been around 2250-2300 without much prep. is this good enough?

Unless you plan to apply to Duke or other schools known to heavily weigh the writing section score, I think you should concentrate on getting a 1500+ on the CR and MT scale.
Most international students that wind up in good schools without a conspicuous hook (olympiad medal, olympic team, etc) receive anywhere between 1500-1580 on the 1600 scale and 2250+ on the 2400 scale.

For subject tests try and concentrate on the subjects that you KNOW that you can do well on.
For example, for math 2c, anything below 750 does not really show that you are qualified in math because really, most international applicants (Especially the ones from China, India, Korea) receive 780 + in 2c.
But on the other hand, some tests are not so commonly taken by international applicants (lit). In those subjects, anything above 700 will suffice. (Unless you are taking a subject test in your mother tongue, in which case you NEED to receive an 800)
I took 2c and chemistry and received 800 in both (i am international as well).

I figured it would be pointless taking subject tests in anything other than the area I’m going into, planning on physics and maths as I’m applying to physics. so 750 plus would be necessary to show I’m up to scratch in those areas I’ll need in college? Thanks so much
