International student

I assume you will be applying for fall of 2017?

And you’re pre-med? I hope you realize American medical schools as a rule don’t accept international students. And if they do, there is no financial aid, meaning you would have to show you have the full $200,000+ in order to be accepted. (In fact, some medical schools require you deposit this amount in a special account before you begin your studies.) If you want to go into medicine, going to the US isn’t a smart move unless you have the money - which sounds like you don’t, since you need significant financial aid for your undergraduate education.

A few schools to consider

University of Alabama and University of Mississippi (not in the northeast, but generous with FA for high scoring international students)
Howard University
Trinity College

If you’re female, you should also consider Smith, Mt. Holyoke and other women’s only schools.

To be a competitive candidate for need-blind universities generous to international students (such as Princeton, Harvard, Yale, etc.,) you should have a combined SAT of 2200+
