International student's chances?

Hey there, I'm an Australian student and I would like to know what you guys think my chances are of getting into the following colleges:

University of San Diego
UC San Diego
San Diego State
UCLA
University of Illinois Urbana
University of Tampa
Cal. State Uni Long Beach
Syracuse
Texas A&M

Any additions/alterations?

My stats:

My country of birth is South Africa, my country of citizenship is Portugal and my country of residence is Australia (does that help at all? Diversity or something?) I go to boarding school in Australia.

My high-school performance in South Africa (Grade 9 - 10 ) was really bad, I'd estimate a GPA from those years of 2.5 .
My high-school performance since coming to Australia (Grade 11 - 12) has improved dramatically; I'd estimate my GPA to be around 3.6+ .

I'm top of the class (or very near) in most of my subjects; Ancient History, Legal Studies, Biology & Advanced English.
Maths is another story, but it's not good.

SATs: CR 660 , M 610 , W 640

My estimated UAI (Which is pretty much my ranking within the state) is 92. So that means top 8% of the state.

Extra curriculars:

Community:
South Africa:
Helping AIDS children in orphanages (9 - 10)
Helping old-age people in townships (9 - 10)
Australia:
Community service rep for the boarding house.
Involvement in various fundraisers.

Sport:
South Africa:
'A' Team soccer
Track & field team
Aus:
2nd Team Soccer, hopefully 1st Team next year
Track & field team (hoping to get 10.30 in the 100m next year)

Other:
In South Africa I was class president throughout my time there.
I'm a prefect in my current school (it's like a highly selective leadership role), which is very unusual seeing as I've only been there for 1 year.
I'm the Assistant Head of the boarding house.
I'm can speak English, Afrikaans, Portuguese and Zulu (Again, diversity or something?).

I don't plan on getting financial aid, however I don't think any of the universities I'm applying to even give aid to internationals.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

You are an anomaly.

Lxmx:

UCLA: Super Reach (out of state)
UCSD: Reach (out of state)

Yeah, I figured as much. Interestingly though, my sister went to UCLA on a tennis scholarship (I seriously doubt I could emulate her though). Admittedly those UC colleges are just in there in case they make a mistake at the admissions centers there and they accept me :-P .

USD and SDSU are probably my main ones, so would I be correct in assuming that my chances for those are OK?

Bump (Sorry, I need to finalize my list for my college advisor by tomorrow, I have no idea why he needs this stuff a year before but yeah, thanks).

what race are you?

black? white?

White. Not sure how that matters but thanks again.

also, do you need financial aid?

Nope, at the very least I won't need it initially (most likely never).

USD and San Diego State would be matches.

You should easily get in Sarycuse than, and most mid-level privates you apply to

Wait a minute!

You're African American dude....

Thank you for all the replies, I've now completed the list.

See you around on the forums!

sr6622: Indeed, my old friend from South Africa who already lives in San Diego could probably say as much haha.
