International Students get likely-ed?

I'm just curious as I read posts on different threads if there are any international students (non-us citizen) who get likely letters or early acceptance from universties. I'm mainly wondering about Ivies and liberal arts schools.
Anyone?

Yes, I know of someone who received a likely letter from an Ivy and is international.

This would depend highly on their EFC and Financial Aid need. Assuming that they are able to pay fully, then yes. Otherwise, U.S Schools are understandably more reluctant to give funds to foreigners than their own citizens which makes it way harder imo.

Yes, I got into Hamilton after I applied with the ED II option. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1270220-will-i-accepted-single-one-my-schools.html

I got a likely from COLUMBIA(I am TUNISIAN) and I got a full-scholarship: can’t pay a cent !!
