International Students SAT & II Results, Nov 2004

I'll start things off:
750M/670V
Best composite:
750M/710V

Happiest person in the world right now.

I gave SATII writing, math 1c and bio m tests and the scores were supposed to be out today but i dunno whts collegeboards' prob!! Now I'll have to wait till next friday! grrr!!..1 more week of suspense!!!
Anyways, congratulations on ur score mello ! You're from Bangaldesh? r u a bengali?

660M/610V

My lowest practice composite was 1490 (780M/710V), and I got an 800 on the IIc last month. What gives?! :(

Gave SAT1 three times :(... just couldn't seem to break the 750 barrier in math.... anyway...

SAT1: (M/V)
750/720
730/720
750/740 = 1490 Best composite.

SAT2:
Math2c : 800
Chem : 800
Math1c : 790
Phys : 790
Writing : 780

TOEFL:
287 (CBT)

Anyway, I firmly believe SATs are meaningless, and are very easy to trick yout way through.

great score perfectdark9 but no 800 on SAT I Math :p
me,
SAT I:
760M 600V
800M 600V
800M (610V :() = 1410 (well atleast I'm consistent :))

SAT II:
IIC : 800
Phy: 790
Writing :650 :( (might retake in Dec)

mine

Sat 1
740 M 770 V
750 M 760 V

sat 2
800 W
800 M2c
780 Chem

First thing I thought of when I read your post was "you win some, you lose some". 1510's cool man. Everyone expected more. Crazy curve!! I got a 1490. Like - 10 points and I'd have had that 15. Sucks but whatever. Me happy :D

oh cool the 10 point increase = +5 percentile increase :p

now for that lousy 65 percentile in Writing :D (Yes!! 650 = 65 percentile scary huh)

710 on Math IC. Does anyone have any idea what the curve was like? I have only heard that IC curve is way harsher than IIC..

I dont know the curve for IC but i know taht theres almost no margin for error (kinda like SAT I Math)
I got 780 Phys and 720 Writing
Im ok with physics but i dont know what to think of Writing. Is 720 good for really selective places like Swarthmore and Dartmouth?

SAT II:
Math IIC - 800
Phy - 800

TOEFL - 263 (CBT) :( :(

Any chance for me to MIT? :(

I guess its good coz MIT will pay a lot of attention to your IIC and Physics

Math II C- 700
Chemsitry - 700

i'm so happy! 1520!
800v
720m

that's so much better than my first score - 1370, 750v, 620m. i didn't prepare very much for the first one, but i studied like crazy for this one! it paid off!!

i still haven't written SAT IIs yet....writing should be in the 700s, literature should be high 700s. biology....i really don't know. hopefully 700 or higher. in any case i'll retake'em in january, and hope they arrive in time! should i do math level 1 in january?

1580 - 800 Verbal, 780 Math. Got one too many wrong on the math test, but retaking at this score would be REALLY weird. :)

weirdoone same SATI score ;)
SAT2: 800 M2C 750 Writing and 800 French

think i have a chance for HYP?

I've taken SAT I three times:
750V, 700M
800V, 680M
780V, 710M
That leaves me with a composite of 1510. Hopefully that's good enough, with excellent recommendations and some pretty decent extra-curricular stuff.
I have yet to write SAT II's, though. I'm kind of worried about them.
